  • Execute a consistent publishing rhythm across LinkedIn YouTube and relevant third party platforms

  • Ensure every piece of content answers:

    Does this increase trust with a serious buyer

2 Influence & Perception Tracking

  • Track not just engagement but who is engaging:

    • Utility professionals

    • Industry influencers

    • Partners and ecosystem players

  • Capture third-party validation signals:

    • Reposts

    • Mentions

    • Influencer interactions

  • Observe how perception shifts over time

3 Learning Through Experiments

  • Run small disciplined experiments:

    • Narrative framing

    • Format changes

    • Posting cadence

  • Analyze outcomes:

    • What builds credibility

    • What creates conversation

    • What falls flat and why

What Success Looks Like

In the First 90 Days

  • Consistent high-quality publishing with zero credibility debt
