Consultants also continue developing their own leadership communication and personal effectiveness skills through ongoing training and collaboration.

This role emphasizes relationship building consistent follow-up and professional communication while delivering high-quality development resources to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients through outreach discovery conversations and follow-up
• Conduct initial consultations to understand client goals and development needs
• Guide clients through personal and leadership development programs and resources
• Maintain accurate records and communication within a proprietary CRM system
• Place and manage approved ads on various online platforms to support brand visibility
• Identify niche audiences aligned with personal and professional development services
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen communication leadership and coaching skills
