Job Summary

FM experience is mandatory 8 years of experience

Exposure to commercial buildings IT parks hospitals malls or residential complexes
lectrical Operations & Maintenance
Operate monitor and maintain electrical systems including HT/LT panels transformers DG sets UPS SMDB/DBs and lighting systems.
Carry out preventive corrective and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Ensure 24/7 power availability and quick resolution of electrical faults.
Initiate review drawing design and electrical installations for new events and additional structures to build throughout the project area.
Monitoring all electrical PPMs and CMs in terms of operation throughout the entire project.
Initiate review of electrical report data and analysis for all electrical works to all services providers.
