Job Summary
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in similar roles and 5 years in the IT sector.
- Experience
- Experience in standard service requests change management and provisioning.
- Azure Monitoring: Azure platform Azure resources Azure DevOps pipeline events Azure services such as managed databases etc.
- Azure Incident Resolution: provide technical support resolve incidents and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
- Azure Administration: OS management patch management Kubernetes (AKS) backup management tags dashboards etc.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): review or develop new Terraform code or Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Windows Server Administration: installation configuration and management of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
- Active Directory and Group Policies: manage and troubleshoot AD DNS DHCP and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Performance Optimization: monitor and optimize system performance including capacity planning and resource allocation.
- System Administration: installation configuration and maintenance of Linux systems.
- Azure Certifications.
- Experience in AWS administration.
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator.
