Their capabilities span concept design CNC machining fabrication welding painting assembly and testing.

They are seeking a skilled and motivated CWB Certified Welder Journeyman to join their this key role you will perform high-quality welding tasks while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented team-focused individual with strong blueprint reading skills and a commitment to precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of welding techniques on carbon steel stainless steel and aluminum ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards;
Inspect welds to guarantee structural integrity and adherence to technical specifications;
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards;
Maintain a clean organized and safe welding area to enhance safety and productivity;
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize welding processes.

Requirements

Red Seal Welder and CWB certified (required).
Minimum 5 years of hands-on welding experience.
Proven ability to maintain high-quality standards in all welding tasks.
Strong commitment to safety and precision in workmanship.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:
