Job Summary

Telecom Project Manager - Hybrid

Toronto or Montreal

French/English Required

Project Management - Plan execute and deliver telecom network projects within scope time and budget.
Stakeholder Coordination - Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients and vendors ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Network Deployment - Oversee installation configuration and optimization of telecom networks (e.g. fiber wireless IPMPLS).
Risk Issue Management - Identify risks develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues promptly
Documentation - Prepare project plans progress reports and technical documentation in French and English.
Compliance - Ensure adherence to industry standards regulatory requirements and company policies.
Team Leadership - Manage cross-functional teams including engineers technicians and subcontractors.
Fluent in French (written and spoken) and English.
5 years in telecom project management preferably in network deployment or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of telecom technologies (Fiber Optics IP Networking Wireless VoIP).Certifications PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
Proficiency in MS Project Excel and project management software.
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership abilities.
