• Reset Tables: Properly reset tables with clean linens polished glassware and silverware according to restaurant standards.
  

• Food & Beverage Support: Assist Hosts and kitchen staff in delivering food and beverages to tables ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  

• Dining Room Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including floors service stations and side stations.
  

• Guest Assistance: Provide water refills bread service and other minor guest requests as directed by hosts or management.
  

• Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with hosts and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  

• Sanitation & Safety: Follow all health and safety protocols including proper handling of dishes glassware and waste disposal.
  

• Stocking & Prep: Assist in restocking service areas with utensils napkins glassware and other essentials.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant is preferred.
  

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards.
  

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
