This is a high-impact project-focused leadership role designed for a strategic executor who thrives in fast-paced environments. As a key member of the Eastern Canada Area Leadership Team you will serve as the primary architect for operational integration and capital efficiency across the region.
While this role has no direct reports it is a heavyweight influencer position. You will be the bridge between corporate strategy and regional execution requiring the ability to drive results through collaboration professional credibility and a relentless focus on getting things done.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Capital Program Management ($30M Annual Budget)
Oversee and shepherd the allocation and execution of the $30 million annual capital budget for Eastern Canada
Partner with local operations to prioritize projects that drive the highest ROI
Monitor project milestones and spend to ensure all capital investments are delivered on time and within budget
2. M&A Integration & Synergy Realization
Support and lead where appropriate the First 90 Days post-close for new acquisitions in the area.
Identify and extract tangible operational synergies (e.g. procurement savings route density consolidation) to meet or exceed deal models.
3. Strategic Project Leadership
Act as a Special Projects lead for the Area Leadership Team tackling complex business challenges as they arise (e.g. facility expansions brownfield/greenfield opportunities)
Provide high-level project management and consulting to other Business Leaders to help them unlock growth or efficiency opportunities.
Navigate ambiguous environments to turn high-level strategic goals into actionable workstreams.

Required Qualifications:
Bilingualism: Absolute fluency in English and French is mandatory to support our diverse Eastern Canada footprint.
Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel between 30% and 50% of the time to various sites across Eastern Canada to oversee integrations and capital projects.
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L management capital allocation and the levers that drive EBITDA.
Agility: A malleable mindsetthe ability to pivot quickly when business priorities shift.
Influence without Authority: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without having a direct reporting line.
Self-Directed: High bias for action; you are comfortable operating in the gray and can build your own structure where none exists.

Technical Skills:
Expertise in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
