Job Summary

Position Role: Career Manager responsibilities for three Regts at ATC(P) and satellite/lodger Units.

Responsibilities:
To advise the three COs of ATC(P) units and CO AIS CoC and individuals on all aspects of soldier Career Management.
Implement and supervise control of units cap badge soldiers policy and procedures on assignments and promotion.
To ensure all PiDs are filled by qualified personnel on time.
Act as main PoC for the APC on soldier staffing issues gapping policy as it affects ATC(P) units and personnel.
To develop and implement the unit retention plan to ensure managed retention of PS and resettlement in the units.
The focal point for personal development and soldiers career advice vocational education learning and PDRs.
Co-ordinate ALDP training for Permanent Staff.
Review the AET 8005 and staff establishment amendments under the direction of 3 COs and ITG.
Co-ordinate CM Portal ATMS Digital Transfers
