Job Summary
Job Title:Network Support Analyst
Location:1775 Duke St Alexandria VA 22314 (Hybrid)
Summary:
Level Provides intermediate support for network access wireless and remote connectivity.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot VPN and wireless issues.
- Coordinate with Tier 3 for firewall and routing issues.
- Support remote access tools and endpoint connectivity
Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance issued by the customer. This agency handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.NOTE: United States Citizenship isas part of the eligibility criteria to be able to obtain this type of security clearance
- VPN

Preferred Certifications:
- Cisco CCNA
