The Opportunity

As a Business Process Architect specializing in group insurance you will play a key role in transforming modeling and optimizing business processes. Your mission is to align operational processes with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements while driving efficiency agility and an enhanced customer experience.

What youll do

Responsibilities

  • Design model document and optimize business processes related to group insurance (quotes enrollments changes terminations claims renewals).
  • Analyze current processes (as-is) to identify inefficiencies and propose future-state models (to-be) aligned with strategic goals using methodologies such as BPMN Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT operations compliance customer service sales) to understand needs and lead workshops for process mapping and problem-solving.
  • Develop target process architectures and transformation roadmaps ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and system capabilities.
  • Translate operational requirements into functional and technical needs identify gaps and recommend technological or organizational adjustments.
  • Contribute to business cases and impact assessments evaluating benefits costs risks and timelines for improvement projects.
  • Apply best practices in process governance and continuous improvement defining KPIs and promoting a culture of accountability.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives including automation digitization and AI ensuring processes enhance customer experience and compliance.
  • Assist with implementation and change management including training documentation UAT and post-deployment feedback.

What youll need

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration Engineering Operations Management or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in business process design and optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of operations and challenges specific to group insurance.
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools and methodologies (BPMN Lean Six Sigma etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (IT operations compliance etc.).
  • Excellent analytical synthesis and communication skills.
  • Experience in process transformation or modernization projects.
  • Bilingual (French and English) required.
