The Opportunity

Our client a premier global engineering group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design of complex large-scale mechanical systems that move. This isnt just about static componentsthis is about high-complexity safety-critical kinetic systems that involve motion hydraulics and pneumatics.

If you are a blank-sheet designer who loves seeing a concept move from a 3D model to a fully commissioned massive-scale installation this is your next challenge.

The Mission: Concept to Commissioning

You wont just be a cog in the machine. You will own the mechanical integrity of high-profile projects:

• Blank-Sheet Design: Lead the design of mechanical systems from scratch (concept modeling analysis).

• High-Stakes Analysis: Perform critical stress fatigue reliability and life-expectancy calculations for systems with high duty cycles.

• Safety-First Engineering: Conduct FMEA and design redundant safety mitigations for safety-critical systems.

• Multidisciplinary Integration: Collaborate with Controls Automation and Structural teams to ensure seamless system functionality.

• Hands-on Field Work: Support the installation and commissioning phasesseeing your designs come to life in industrial and construction environments.

Qualifications :

Who You Are

• 10 years of Mechanical Engineering experience with at least 3 years focused on from scratch design.

• Deeply proficient in SolidWorks and GD&T with a strong grasp of ASTM standards and safety engineering.

• Experienced in designing pneumatic and hydraulic systems for complex machinery.

• Comfortable managing vendor scopes and verifying that contract requirements meet safety and functional standards.
