As a Java Cloud Architect you will:
- Design scalable high-level architectures (HLA) and blueprints aligned with enterprise frameworks like TOGAF.
- Lead the transition from monolithic systems to microservices event-driven architectures and cloud-native solutions.
- Act as a Senior Full Stack Lead guiding development teams through complex technical decisions and code reviews.
- Analyze and design complex integrations using Web Services (REST/SOAP) Kafka and Message-Oriented Middleware.
- Define CI/CD pipelines containerization strategies (Docker) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) protocols.
- Enforce architectural integrity and coding standards at the pull-request level using tools like ArchUnit.
- Conduct security assessments and implement identity solutions via OAuth2 OpenID Connect and Vault.
- Oversee the full software lifecycle from feasibility and data modeling to deployment and performance tuning.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in IT or equivalent and 10 years in IT Architecture Microservices and Cloud-Native design.
- Expert knowledge of Java (821) Jakarta EE and the Spring ecosystem (Framework Boot Security).
- 5 years of experience with Angular (2) including modern UI paradigms and client-side scripting.
- Proven expertise in CaaS Docker Consul (Service Discovery) and NGINX.
- Strong practical experience with Kafka Oracle SOA Suite and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies.
- Proficiency in Oracle/PostgreSQL Redis (caching) Liquibase and Hibernate/JPA.
- Excellent knowledge of Dynatrace ELK Stack and Grafana alongside testing frameworks like JUnit and SoapUI.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools including Jenkins Bitbucket and GitLab.
It would also be a plus if you also have some of the following certifications:
- TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
- ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4 Certifications
- Certified Software Architect (IASA Global)
- Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP)
- Oracle Certified Professional: Java SE Programmer
- Spring Professional Certification
- Certified Angular Developer
- Certified Cloud Security Professional
