The role
As the Regional Inclusion Manager UK you will support and manage the implementation of the firms Active Inclusion framework across the UK ensuring alignment with the global inclusion agenda and specifically with Continental Europe to support an approach that is consistent across One Europe.
Who you will work with
You will report to the Head of Inclusion (UK) with a matrix reporting line to the Senior Regional Inclusion Manager (CE). You will also work in close collaboration with the Regional Inclusion Manager (CE) and the Global Inclusion Manager.
This role will have a primary focus across the UK and a supporting role for the One Europe inclusion agenda to drive collaboration and alignment where appropriate across the region.
What you will be responsible for
Delivering regional inclusion priorities
- Support with global inclusion priorities and implement UK plan aligned with the One Europe strategy.
- Facilitate the production of UK insights to assist and inform our Active Inclusion framework.
- Assist the development of inclusion initiatives for business professionals and practice areas across UK and Continental Europe where applicable.
Programme execution
- Contribute and facilitate inclusion-focused workshops across One Europe.
- Identify and engage third-party providers to deliver cost-effective inclusion initiatives subject to budget and resources.
- Work with global teams to assist with the implementation of global initiatives locally for example work with the Head of Inclusion (UK) and the Senior Regional Inclusion Manager (CE) to ensure that the designs of reverse mentoring programmes are fit for purpose.
Stakeholder engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to UK leaders on inclusion matters.
- Build strong relationships with employee resource groups and inclusion champions across UK.
- Work with internal communications to ensure inclusion messages are supported and have the right impact.
Employee networks & governance
- Provide advice to UK affinity groups.
- Ensure networks are inclusive representative and aligned with Active Inclusion framework and the One Europe strategy.
- Work with Inclusion Assistants network to support the Inclusion Committee co-chairs with effective admin and logistics including meeting agendas campaign execution and reporting.
Data reporting & benchmarking
- Monitor engagement surveys exit interviews and other feedback tools to identify trends and opportunities.
- Improve participation in diversity monitoring and ensure onboarding processes support data capture.
- Input to internal and external reports as required.
Client & external engagement
- Provide input for inclusion programmes as required for Head of Inclusion (UK) and any One Europe initiatives.

Skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Ability to engage with senior leaders employee networks and cross-functional teams to drive inclusion outcomes.
- Confident presenter and facilitator adept at navigating sensitive conversations and fostering inclusive dialogue.
- Comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data to assess impact identify trends and inform strategy.
Experience
- Proven experience of designing developing and executing inclusion programmes within complex global organisations.
- Experience of using data insights to inform inclusion strategies and measure impact.
- Experience within professional services or legal sector environments is advantageous.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of inclusion best practices frameworks emerging trends and familiarity with industry benchmarks.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and compliance related to inclusion.
- Awareness of organisational psychology and inclusion principles.
- Awareness of cultural differences and inclusive language principles.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and data analytics tools.
