As a Performance Marketing Lead you will be responsible for owning & managing our full paid media strategy across Paid Search Paid Social & Display focusing on driving new customer acquisition revenue growth & efficiency across a portfolio of brands spanning sports fashion & gaming.
You will lead the planning execution optimisation and reporting of all performance marketing campaigns which includes a blend of performance-led mid/upper funnel brand awareness & membership/lead gen activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement multi-channel performance marketing strategies for Paid Search (Google) Paid Social (Meta TikTok) & Display across multiple brands.
- Campaign Management & Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end setup and optimisation of paid media campaigns ensuring best-in-class setup targeting bidding creative and measurement.
- Lead channel & platform testing roadmaps to continually drive for revenue ROAS and new customer acquisition.
- Manage budget allocation across brands and channels ensuring optimal pacing and efficient use of spend
- Data Analytics & Optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance daily using insights to drive tactical adjustments and long-term improvements.
- Leverage consumer behaviour market trends and competitor intelligence to enhance campaign strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Creative Brand Trading and Performance Marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business initiatives
- Collaborate with analytics teams on attribution modeling incrementality testing audience segmentation and forecasting.
- Work closely with external partners to ensure strong alignment maintain high performance & remain top of mind for platform & testing opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience across paid media channels (PPC & Paid Social) ideally with a mix of performance-focused and creative campaign execution (*experience in retail preferred but not essential)
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage large budgets effectively while optimizing for performance
- Knowledge of search & social media platforms (Google Facebook Instagram TikTok) their advertising tools and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale multi-brand budgets & campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
