BI BAU JR Analyst

• Monitoring BAU reports and automated processes 
• Maintaining regular client reports (refreshing data checking or adding comments implementing changes addressing technical issues managing the delivery calendar and the deliveries) 
• Reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies flagging data quality issues 
• Delivering quick turn requests 
• Suggesting and implementing ways of improving/automating existing deliverables 
• Sharing and actively searching for best practice examples and implementing the approach in own work whenever possible. 

Qualifications :

You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional. Additionally you have a fundamental understanding of report preparation and a basic awareness of the customer environment. Comfortable working in a virtual and digital workspace you are adaptable proactive and eager to refine processes through automation and best practices. 

• Bachelors degree: Industrial Engineer Actuary or related 
• At least 6 months of experience 
• Ms. Excel (Intermediate) 
• Ms. PowerPoint (Basic) 
• Problem Solving (Basic) 
• Analytical skills (Basic) 
• Email Writing skills (Intermediate) 
• Fundamental understanding in preparation of reports 
• Proficient in English language 
• Basic understanding of the customer environment 
• Exchanges straight forward information 
• Ability to work in a virtual environment and digitally savvy
