Sr FP&A Analyst

What you get to do in this role:

• Contribute to the financial planningprocess helping develop the annualoperating plan budgeting and quarterlyforecasting
• Lead forecasting processes (monthly and quarterly forecasts scenario modeling)
• Partner withteams to manageheadcountOpex and Capex forecasting
• Work withpartnersand Accountingto track financial results
• Analyze financial results andcommunicate important messages to seniormanagement optimizing our performance
• Create analysis and presentations to helpcommunicate strategic initiativesacross the organization
• Work with the Functional leads toprovide management reporting accountingand compliance understanding ofglobal and local operational initiatives
• Support our businesses with financial insightsand development of performancemetrics

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
• 5years experience
• Interestinunderstanding beyond the what as tothewhy
• A prior background inProductFP&A equity research investmentbanking orsimilar background thatunderstands bothfinancial and operationalmetrics
• Analytical mindset financial modelingandreporting abilities
• Advanced Exceland PowerPointskills
• Proficient in working in large datasetsandidentifying trends / anomaliesagainstexpectations
• Experience with Anaplan BPC SAPBusinessObjects Tableau or other BI toolspreferred
