Job Vacancy: Junior Tours Reservation Agents
A well-established tourism company is seeking Junior Tours Reservation Agents to support daily booking operations for individual travelers and groups. The role includes assisting with reservations updating hotel contract details and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on tourism systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with individual and group reservations
Update hotel contracts and rates across tourism systems
Ensure accuracy of data and booking information
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth operations
Requirements:
Basic experience or exposure to inbound tourism reservations is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
Fluency in English is required
