Job Summary
- Leading and implement IE projects with customers in production and logistic area.
- Conduct IE trainings. (e.g. N62C Ergo IGEL)
- Develop IE tools/methods according to customer demand.
Qualifications :
- Hands-on experience in implementing IE projects. e.g. quick change over line balancing CT reductionetc.
- Deep knowledge of MTM Ergo and can use and improve the standards.
- Above 5 years experiences in manufacturing.
- Efficient communication ability to solve problem to lead others to overcome pressure.
- Good English speaking and writing presentation skills are required.
- Knowledge of logistics IE are highly appreciated.
