The Senior Food & Beverage Manager - Beverage & Operations is responsible for executive oversight of all beverage programs across the resort while providing senior operational leadership in support of overall F&B performance.
Competitive Salary: $85000 - $90000 gross annually based on previous experience & education.
Job Duties Include:
Operational Leader
Provide senior operational oversight for all day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across the resort ensuring seamless and consistent service across outlets events and banquets.
Act as the senior operational leader during peak business periods leading confident decision-making complex guest recovery and cross-functional alignment with Culinary Stewarding Finance Purchasing and Events.
Establish implement and enforce SOPs service standards and performance benchmarks aligned with Fairmont Forbes Five-Star and LQA brand expectations.
Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with brand standards financial controls health & safety sanitation EHC and responsible alcohol service requirements.
Drive financial performance through effective control of labor operating and beverage costs while ensuring accurate reporting and audit compliance.
Lead coach and develop F&B leadership teams by setting clear expectations building bench strength and fostering a culture of excellence accountability and collaboration.
Core Beverage Accountability
Set the creative vision and execution standards for all beverage programs in collaboration with Outlet Managers.
Curate manage and evolve the resorts Master Wine List and overall beverage portfolio.
Establish cocktail standards recipes and training frameworks across all outlets.
Lead beverage innovation initiatives seasonal programming and experiential activations.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key beverage partners and oversee purchasing strategies inventory controls cost management and supplier negotiations.
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years senior leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort F&B operations
- Proven success managing large multi-outlet high-volume operations
- Strong financial acumen with full P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated expertise in beverage program leadership (wine spirits cocktails)
- Deep knowledge of Forbes Five-Star and LQA standards
- Experience leading quality assurance and audit readiness programs
- WSET Level III or equivalent beverage certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
