Job Summary

You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of Club Seen by delivering a warm professional and engaging first impression to all guests. The Hostess plays a key role in maximizing guest satisfaction team performance and business results by managing reservations greeting and seating guests and ensuring smooth table rotation in line with service standards.

Key responsibilities include taking and managing reservations via phone email and reservation systems welcoming and accompanying guests to their tables presenting menus with positive energy monitoring seating flow and table rotation to optimize capacity and minimize waiting time and coordinating closely with service team members supervisors and management to ensure smooth daily operations. The role also involves handling guest inquiries and special requests professionally maintaining organized hostess desk and reservation system supporting peak periods and special events promoting Club Seen offerings when appropriate and strictly adhering to hotel policies brand standards and health & safety regulations.


Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and outgoing personality with a passion for guest service and hospitality.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic with a positive personality and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent team player committed and hardworking.
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
  • Good command of written and spoken English
