Job Summary
Schedule: 12:00 pm to Finish 5 days on and 2 days off
Daily Responsibilities
- Process and manufacture pizza dough including mixing placing and stacking
- Rotate between various positions such as dough maker placer and stacker
- Operate monitor and clean dough processing equipment
- Adhere to food safety regulations quality standards and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate production records and manage inventory of materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Participate in cross-training for warehouse or sanitation duties as needed
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work with yeast and flour products
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time climb stairs and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion perform heavy pushing/pulling of product work in refrigerated conditions 33-38 degrees and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery when necessary
