As the Motorsport Marketing Intern you will play a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives event coordination and partnership activations. You will be involved in hands-on experience in motorsport activations trade shows vendor communication creative content development and data-driven decision-making to enhance marketing strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Event Coordination & Logistics
- Lead early coordination efforts for motorsport activations and trade show participation.
- Assist with race event coordination and support the team with logistics.
Partnership & Vendor Management
- Support the planning and implementation of key partnership activations such as FSAE WIMNA etc.
- Assist with marketing related topics including branded goods and team gear.
Marketing & Communication
- Assist with creative design for our different working locations.
- Contribute to global and regional communications including content production event and media relations.
- Support sales team on customer and dealer communication.
Project Management & Process Improvement:
- Monitor and track marketing expenditures.
- Organizational / process improvements for marketing and project tracking.
- Collaborate with Operations Lead to drive internal and external projects.
- Engage with division wide collaboration to promote team alignment and unity.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in a business related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Structured working approach to high quality standards.
- Able to work independently and self-driven person.
- Good attention to detail decision making and problem solving.
- Strong MS Office skills particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Motorsport interest/experience preferred (Race teams FSAE etc)
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to analyze problems and develop solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management tool experience (MS Project Asana Monday or others is a plus)
- Motorsport interest/experience preferred (Race teams FSAE etc)
- Copywriting experience is a plus.
