This role will start remote and transition to full-time in-office work in Walterboro South Carolina (Monday-Friday) once the office is fully operational. During the remote phase the candidate must also be available to work on-site when the CEO or CMO is in town.
**Key Responsibilities**
Handle incoming leads via phone and CRM
Set a minimum of 5 qualified appointments per day
Match and assign leads to appropriate sales representatives
Schedule existing customers for service appointments and follow-up calls
Maintain accurate records in (CRM)
Communicate daily with the Sales Director
Learn and confidently communicate company product knowledge
Follow training scripts prompts and company processes (non-negotiable)
Ask questions seek feedback and continuously improve performance
Support administrative and coordination needs as required
**Required Skills & Experience**
Experience in appointment setting inside sales or call coordination
Strong verbal communication skills (professional confident articulate)
Experience using CRM
QuickBooks experience required
Highly organized detail-oriented and dependable
Ability to learn scripts systems and products quickly
Comfortable with call volume and performance-based expectations
