Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilledPresentation & Document Design Specialistto support a leading professional services and consulting environment. The ideal candidate will have strong creative technical and visual communication skills with proven expertise inPowerPoint presentation designMicrosoft Word formatting and designandAdobe Creative Suite applications (preferable but optional)
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visually engaging materials that effectively communicate strategic business concepts. Prior experience in a consulting or professional services firm is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and developvisually impactful PowerPoint presentationsfor client deliverables proposals and internal communications.
- Format and structureMicrosoft WordandPDF documentsto meet professional brand and quality standards.
- Create compellingvisual narratives infographics charts and illustrationsto support data storytelling and presentations.
- Collaborate with consultants and project teams to transform business insights into clear engaging visual formats.
- Ensurebrand consistency design accuracy and linguistic clarityacross all materials.
- Maintain and enhance acentralized library of templates styles and design assetsfor use across projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree inDesign Communication Marketing Business or a related field.
- 35 yearsof experience in presentation and document design roles.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft PowerPoint- template design animation charts infographics
- Microsoft Word- document structure professional formatting layout design
- PDF tools- Adobe Acrobat or similar editing merging and form creation
- Adobe Creative Suite- includingIllustrator Photoshop and InDesign for data visualization and design tasks
- Data visualization and design toolssuch asCanva or Figma
- Strong understanding ofvisual storytelling layout design and branding principles.
- ExcellentEnglishcommunication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Certifications Expected
- Microsoft Office Specialist PowerPoint (Expert Level).
- Any certification inPresentation Design Visual Communication or Graphic Design.
- Adobe Certified Professional (Illustrator or equivalent Adobe certification) demonstrating proficiency inAdobe Illustrator Photoshop or InDesignfor design and visualization tasks.
