In this role you will:

Utilizestate of the arttechnologiescomplete Verifications & Qualifications (V&Q)in a timely manner.

Work withNew Product Introduction (NPI)and other teams until mass production thentake over.

Responsiblefor yield up cost down capacityup customer complaint down in process relatedtopics.

Overseeengineeringdata anddocumentssuch as standard operating procedure(SOP)work instruction(WI) job safety analysis(JSA)BOM routing product change notice(PCN)process failure mode effect analysis(pFMEA) response flow checklist (RFC)andstatistical process control(SPC).

Provide knowledge to coach engineersfor trouble shooting root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Plan the technology roadmap forthenear future.

Must have23 yearsexperiencesfor leader of process engineering and focus on process improvement.

6-Sigma greenor black belt is highly preferred.

Able todiscussdetailsin fluent Englishwithteamsfrom different countries.

Needto travel overseas and have international conference calls upon request.
