About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative youll be the trusted point of contact for hospitals healthcare administrators and internal stakeholders. This role goes beyond answering callsits about investigation collaboration and driving process improvements that enhance patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a key liaison between hospitals internal sales reps marketing and other stakeholders

  • Managing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care

  • Investigating complex cases and identifying opportunities for process improvement

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal systems

  • Collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Full Australian working rights
