Duties:

Drive financial planning forecasting and budgeting processes to support our ambitious growth plans.
Navigate the financial landscape with finesse ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Implement and enhance financial controls and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Provide insightful analysis and reporting to guide strategic decision-making across the organization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams providing financial expertise and fostering a culture of financial responsibility.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
BCom
BCom Honours / CTA
CA(SA)

Experience:

Completed Articles preferable at the BIG 4 Audit firms
Proven 1 year post experience outside the audit firm
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
