Job Summary
Sia Middle East is seeking a Senior Consultant with a strong background in the utilities sector solid problem-solving capabilities and a passion for delivering tangible impact through management consulting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic transformation projects with leading utility companies across the region while working in a dynamic fast-growing consulting environment.
As a Senior Consultant you will:
- Support Strategic Projects: Contribute to high-impact consulting engagements in areas such as utility strategy operational excellence digital transformation and sustainability
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with client stakeholders gather business requirements and help shape strategic recommendations aligned with client goals
- Project Execution: Take ownership of workstreams within larger projects ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs and support project managers in overall engagement delivery
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with junior consultants providing guidance and quality review while supporting the project manager with team coordination
- Knowledge & Innovation: Stay current with industry trends (e.g. energy transition water conservation ESG initiatives) and support the development of insights and tools that address the regions unique challenges
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Business or a related field
- 57 years of experience in the utilities sector including at least 4 years in a consulting or strategic advisory capacity
- Strong understanding of utility operations regulatory frameworks and transformation trends in the Middle East
- Demonstrated experience working on complex projects or transformation initiatives in the sector
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a MUST
- Prior experience with government entities regulators or national utility companies is preferred
