Pay and Benefits:
A starting salary of27955 with increases at 6 12 24 and 36 months of tenure

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30 (office based role)
1 in 4 Saturdays: 10:00 - 16:00 - Over time available (paid at time and a half) or a day in lieu (subject to availability)

What will you be doing
Selling First Response and building relationships with dealers (predominantly via phone with the addition of WhatsApp) to win business for FRF.
Develop strategies to increase the volume and profitability of new finance agreements within an assigned territory
Use data to monitor dealer performance identify opportunities and implement plans for improvement
Working closely with all other areas of the particular:
The Marketing team who you will work alongside to prospect dealers.
The Underwriting teams to feedback on our product.
Commit to feeding back market intelligence into the business and ensuring we take appropriate action to ensure we remain relevant in our market.
Endeavour to ensure our dealer partners observe the correct standards of market conduct and treat our mutual customers fairly.
Educate dealership staff on our processes products and systems to increase efficiency and improve customer outcomes
Deliver a high level of customer service to both our dealer partners and customers on outbound and inbound communications.
What skills are we looking for in you
Someone who is highly motivated and self starting with a strong desire for results.
An active listener and effective communicator via all means presented to you.
Able to build strong business relationships with a variety of different personality types with a focus on quality service.
Can identify and deal with any conflicts positively and objectively.
Being up to date with market intelligence and utilising this knowledge to better improve service and product offering.
Keen to learn about First Response Finance allowing you to have excellent knowledge of our product offering and service.

Hold a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (with the ability to claim back mileage).
