Job Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production professional to ensure the
production process meets industry standards and customer requirements. The successful candidate
should be technically competent in fabrication processes such as Welding rolling machining
cutting drilling painting etc. The ideal candidate should have Knowledge and experience of the
manufacturing of Skids pressure vessel parts heavy fabrication piping Oil and Water consoles
Heat exchangers packaging of Compressors and Cryogenic and LNG.
He should be competent in the inspection of Surface preparation planning daily work for shot
blasters & painters Control & storage of painting consumables Calibration & validation blasting
and painting equipment.
Additionally the Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring ASME codes and
specifications and a safe work environment
6. Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans at the plant to attain productivity defect-
free products and on-time delivery.
2. Initiate plans and processes that minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of
manpower equipment facilities materials energy and capital.
3. To ensure adherence to quality standards like ISO 9001:2015 ISO 14001 5S Kaizen Quality
Circle ASME etc.
4. Execute the production plan for what how where & when manufactured keeping in view the
customer delivery schedule.
5. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure new products are designed for manufacturability
and can be built with high quality at scale
6. Investigate root causes of process and product failures and implement corrective actions
7. Write and maintain process documentation including work instructions process flows and SOP.
8. Train operators and technicians on new processes equipment & products.
9. Support the introduction of new products into production including process development
tooling design fixturing and training
10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing and quality circle.
11. Contract manpower hiring training output & behaviour monitoring.
12. Developing new processes that improve efficiency or reduce costs in production.
7. Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Diploma/B.E./-Mechanical
2. 2-4 years of relevant experience as Production professional
3. Knowledgeable & Proficient in MS Projects Excel ERP SAP MS-Office etc.
4. Have expertise in understanding Manufacturing Drawings such as P&ID GAD & BOM
