Job Summary

As a Database Administrator you will design implement and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your typical day will involve installing database management systems developing procedures for daily maintenance and resolving any issues that arise. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the databases meet the needs of the organization and support its goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Monitor database performance and implement necessary optimizations.
Assist in the development of database policies and procedures to ensure data integrity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Management.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Database Migration Service (DMS) Data Warehouse ETL Testing NoSQL.
Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles.
Experience with performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies to ensure data protection.
