Job Summary

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features manage releases and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements utilizing standard tools and APIs to implement solutions and monitoring system performance to ensure optimal functionality. You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain a seamless user experience while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application performance and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in packaged and SaaS applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic.- Experience with APIs and low-code platforms to enhance application functionality.- Strong understanding of application configuration and management.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively.- Familiarity with system performance monitoring tools to ensure application stability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
