UIUX Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with 3 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will convert conceptual design ideas into intuitive high-performing user interfaces while ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work collaboratively with designers engineers product managers and stakeholders to deliver visually compelling and user-centered digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & Experience Development

• Translate Figma Adobe XD or Sketch designs into responsive pixel-perfect web interfaces.
• Create wireframes prototypes user flows and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile apps.
• Conduct user research usability testing interviews and A/B tests to improve user experience.
• Develop user personas journey maps information architecture and experience flows.
• Maintain and evolve design systems UI style guides and reusable component libraries.
• Apply WCAG accessibility guidelines to ensure inclusive and compliant user experiences.
• Design micro-interactions UI animations and transitions that enhance usability and engagement.
• Perform heuristic evaluations to identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
• Analyze heatmaps session recordings and user behavior analytics to refine UI/UX decisions.

Front-End Development

• Develop user interfaces using HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript Bootstrap Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks.
• Build reusable UI components and maintain clean scalable and maintainable front-end architecture.
• Optimize applications for performance including image optimization lazy loading asset compression etc.
• Ensure cross-browser cross-device and mobile-first compatibility.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate closely with backend developers for seamless data flow.
• Validate user inputs handle asynchronous requests and apply AJAX principles effectively.
• Conduct UI code reviews and troubleshoot layout inconsistencies bugs and rendering issues.

User Research Testing & Analysis

• Create and execute user surveys usability test plans and interview scripts.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to support decision-making.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare usability reports and present insights with actionable recommendations.
• Perform testing on UI elements such as CTAs layouts target links landing pages and banners.

Collaboration Delivery & Agile Participation

• Work closely with Product Engineering QA Marketing and Stakeholders to align on design objectives.
• Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and stand-up meetings under Agile methodologies.
• Communicate design rationale effectively and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements.
• Provide developers with design assets specifications redlines and documentation for implementation accuracy.
• Support post-launch UX evaluations and drive continuous UI/UX improvements.

Documentation & Standards

• Maintain structured design documentation guidelines UX research summaries and UI specifications.
• Ensure proper version control and organized design file structure for collaborative workflows.
• Prepare design handoff materials for development and QA teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Developer UI Designer or UX Designer.
• Bachelors degree in Design or related field (Design degree preferred/required).
• Strong proficiency with Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar design software.
• Expertise in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript Bootstrap Tailwind CSS or Material UI.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design accessibility standards and UX research methods.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with Git or other version control tools.
• Knowledge of AJAX asynchronous requests and optimization techniques.
• Basic familiarity with image editing tools such as Photoshop or GIMP.
• Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and detail-oriented execution.
