About the Opportunity
A high-growth organisation operating in the B2B technology-enabled services and talent solutions sector focused on customer acquisition client engagement and revenue growth across India. We sell services and solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers and run structured inside-sales processes to build the top of the funnel.
We are hiring on-site Inside Sales Executives (freshers) to join a fast-paced sales team learn consultative selling and convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries and execute targeted outbound outreach (calls & emails) to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Qualify prospects against predefined criteria document needs in the CRM and schedule discovery calls or demos for field/senior sales.
- Maintain and update CRM records dailytrack activity pipeline stages and follow-up tasks to ensure data accuracy.
- Achieve daily and monthly activity and conversion targets (call volume lead follow-ups appointments set).
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to follow up on campaigns prepare basic proposals and support onboarding handoffs.
- Continuously improve outreach scripts email cadences and objection-handling techniques through feedback and coaching.

- Experience with sales dialers or auto-dialer platforms
- Familiarity with SaaS or solutions selling

Additional Qualifications
- Freshers welcome; recent graduates with any discipline encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal English; multilingual candidates (Hindi or regional languages) preferred depending on territory.
- Comfortable working full-time on-site in India and available for coaching and shift flexibility as required.
