What youll be responsible for:
As PMO Manager youll be the person who makes sure the companys biggest projects actually get done. You will:
- Set up the playbooks templates and processes that keep projects running smoothly
- Track whats happening across all major projects and flag problems
- Run weekly project reviews with leadership and tell them whats actually going on (the good and the bad)
- Decide which projects get priority and which ones need to wait when resources are tight
- Coach project managers and team leads on how to run better projects
- Build dashboards that show executives real progress not just pretty slides
- Step in to unblock stuck projects and get teams moving again
- Fix broken processes when you see the same issues happening over and over
Youll be a strong match if you have:
- Previous experience in consulting (MBB Big 4 or boutique firms)
- 3-5 years of experience in project/programme management or PMO leadership roles
- Experience managing complex cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or Hybrid)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all organizational levels
