Job Summary

About the position

Lead technical planning and execution for projects.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Communicate effectively with Japanese clients and internal teams.
Review code enforce best practices and ensure quality standards.
Mentor developers and support cross-functional collaboration.
Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
Manage risks resolve technical issues and escalate when needed.
Participate in sprint planning estimation and retrospectives.

Must

At least 5 years in Full stack development
Backend: Java Frontend: React
Business level of Japanese (N2 or above) and English skills

Nice to have

Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with digital transformation projects and integration patterns.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Experience in working with Onsite / Offshore model.
