Virtual Assistant: Content Writer - Digital Marketing Assistant


An exciting opportunity exists to join a dynamic Australian company as an experienced vibrant and highly motivated Content Writer VA.


Reporting to the Director and collaborating with the team you will be a self-starting highly organised and skilled Content Writer. You will produce high-quality high-volume content with the support of AI tools ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices digital marketing strategies and social media trends. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who can engage audiences and deliver measurable results.


You will be responsible for the following:

  • Produce and publish high-quality written content for articles email newsletters press releases websites and other materials
  • Write original copy and edit content to meet client or internal standards
  • Ensure content is clear error-free and reflects the companys or clients brand voice
  • Revise copy based on feedback and direction from clients or internal team
  • Meet with clients to understand their message brand voice and target audience
  • Propose engaging copy concepts and execute projects once approved
  • Translate creative direction and technical information into persuasive content
  • Strategize on marketing approaches for the agency or clients products and services based on research insights
  • Coordinate with internal account teams to ensure creative output meets client requirements
  • Deliver projects on time maintaining quality and brand standards
  • Oversee content production ensuring the integrity of concept and final execution


SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING
  • Create develop and deliver engaging content across all platforms
  • Manage multi-platform social media scheduling posting and engagement
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns
  • Develop implement and manage the companys digital marketing strategy
  • Monitor key social media and digital KPIs
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Journalism English Communications or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Minimum 24 years of professional copywriting experience with a strong portfolio
  • Exceptional writing editing and research skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Social media or content marketing experience is a plus
  • Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides
  • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress
  • Strong attention to detail and appreciation for good design
  • Creative curious and critical thinker
  • Ability to adapt tone and style to fit different projects or campaigns
  • Experience with AI writing tools is a plus
  • Ability to manage high-volume work while maintaining quality

Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position it is important to note that this is a full-time rolenot a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability just as you would in an office environment.

This role requires:

Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times not flexible)

Use of time tracking software during work hours

Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON

Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift

Treating this as a long-term full-time jobnot a side gig or freelance task

Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO Offered after 6-month probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual Salary Review
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES: 6 AM to 3 PM Philippine time Monday to Friday
