Position Summary

As a Homemaker youll bring comfort organization and a friendly presence into clients lives. Youll help maintain a safe clean and uplifting home environment so they can remain independent and enjoy each day with peace of mind. **Due to the hiring requirements of our license we are currently only able to move forward with applicants who already have valid authorization to work in the United States.**

What Youll Do

• Perform light housekeeping: sweeping mopping dusting laundrydishwashing trash removal
• Prepare simple nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping or meal planning
• Run errands or accompany clients for appointments or shopping
• Provide companionship through conversation games or shared activities
• Monitor home safety and report concerns to agency leadership
• Respect privacy and maintain confidentiality (includingHIPAA compliance)
• Accurately record services provided using our agency system (AxisCare)

What Were Looking For

• Age 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in housekeepingcaregiving or hospitality a plus
• Strong communication skills in English
• Physically able to perform household tasks and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license (if errands are part of duties)
• Able to pass a background check and TB clearance per Hawaii law (HAR 11-700)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. At this time we are unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas.
