We are looking for an experienced and talented Netsuite QA professional to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for designing and executing test scenarios and test cases that align with our organizational needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements develop comprehensive test plans and ensure the delivery of high-quality defect-free applications. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of NetSuite data model and entity relationships including dependencies between master data transactions scripts workflows and SuiteApps and the ability to translate business requirements into thorough and effective test scenarios.
What You Will Be Doing
- You will work closely with our Netsuite Developers and Business Analyst to ensure high-quality delivery of Netsuite functionalities.
- Your primary responsibility will be to develop complete and maintain functional test cases to validate configurations workflows and integrations within Netsuite
- Collaborate with Business Analyst and Developers to understand requirements acceptance criteria and use cases.
- Develop maintain and implement manual and automated test cases for Netsuite applications and features.
- Perform functional regression integration and E2E testing in NetSuite financial processes (e.g. General Ledger Accounts Receivable/Payable period closes revenue recognition)
- Contribute to test planning and test strategy documentation.
- Solid understanding of NetSuite data model and entity relationships including dependencies between master data transactions scripts workflows
- Hands-on Experience in validating integrations between NetSuite and external systems (RESTlets SOAP/REST web services CSV imports SuiteTalk API) within automated test frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
What You Bring
- Over 5 years of confirmed experience as a QA professional specializing in NetSuite with a consistent track record of crafting and accomplishing test plans and test cases.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite data model and entity relationships including dependencies between master data transactions scripts workflows and SuiteApps.
- Solid understanding of core accounting principles and NetSuite financial processes (e.g. General Ledger Accounts Receivable/Payable period closes revenue recognition) to validate transactional accuracy during endtoend testing.
- Experience validating integrations between NetSuite and external systems (RESTlets SOAP/REST web services CSV imports SuiteTalk API) within automated test frameworks.
- Proficiency in identifying navigating and validating multifaceted UI elements in NetSuites browser-based interface with an understanding of how NetSuite renders pages and controls across roles and permission levels.
- Develop and Test end to end use cases / data flow for NetSuite core functionalities
- Collaborate with collaborators and end-users to gather requirements analyze business processes and detail the test scenarios for Regression Smoke E2E and Functional testing
- Running all functional test scenarios for the program including various scenarios with different outcomes expected.
- Should be able to work in JIRA & TestMO for test results test case management defect management test reporting and other functions
- Define develop and analyze test plans build and complete tests communicate issues/findings handle defects document test results generate test reports conduct release readiness reviews and review documentation
- Participating in our agile development process with our Netsuite team
- Hands-on experience in automating test scenarios for NetSuite ERP including workflows custom records transactions (e.g. Sales Orders Invoices Purchase Orders) and form customizations.
- Ability to design robust automated regression suites tailored to NetSuites release cycles (biannual updates) and handle test maintenance to accommodate UI or workflow changes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
