About the Practice
The Multidisciplinary Trauma Clinic supports West Michigans only Level One Trauma Center providing comprehensive care for patients who have experienced traumatic injuries. Our clinic brings together multiple specialties including Burn Orthopedic Trauma Acute Care Surgery and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation all in one convenient location. We provide follow-up care for patients after discharge from Butterworth Hospital and also welcome new patients who have experienced traumatic injuries such as burns bone fractures limb amputations or traumatic brain injuries.
To enhance patient experience we offer coordinated appointments with different trauma specialists during a single visit. Additional services include social work support nurse navigation a collaborative amputation clinic and on-site X-ray capabilitiesensuring patients receive seamless high-quality care.

About Outpatient Clinics
Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.
Scope of work
Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under the supervision of a Provider or Registered Nurse (RN) in the examination and treatment of patients to facilitate clinic flow and provide excellent patient care. Performs basic skills per department guidelines and policies; communicate observations to members of the health care team. It will also include rooming patients collecting vitals and assisting in minor office procedures. EPIC In basket work. Processing FMLA and short-term Disability work. Answering phones.
