Director of Clinical Services
Wolverhampton Hospital Nursing Permanent contract Full time
Competitive salary depending on experience
37.5 hours per week

As a Director ofClinical Services you will:
Quickly understand the clinical challenges facing our hospital and build excellent relationships with internal customers and external bodies
Ensure that we provide safe and effective care through a range of surgical and medical interventions
Deliver effective operational management and inspirational leadership
Be a role model for excellent clinical governance providing strategy and direction for our hospital
Champion improvements to clinical standards care and service across wards theatres outpatients pharmacy radiology imagingcardiologyand pathology
Always be approachable and accessible to patientsrelativesand colleagues
