As a Product Analyst / Senior Product Analyst your role will be mission-critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. Youll directly enable faster safer and more accessible patient care. Specifically you will empower our product squads to make data-driven decisions by measuring the success of product releases identifying new opportunities through deep-dive analysis and ensuring we prioritise the most valuable improvements for our users.
To give a flavour of what you might be working on right now we are focused on:
Implementing our AI Scribe across GP practices hospitals and other care settings and ensuring every patient leaves an appointment with a clearly documented summary
Translating our expertise from implementing total triage in GP practices to improve how hospital specialist services deliver care
Powering communication for Integrated Neighbourhood Teams a new type of service bringing together staff from different organisations that is pivotal to the governments 10-year plan
The Unique Challenges Youll Solve
This isnt just about executing tasks or managing projects. Youll be:
Bridging Data and Product Strategy: Collaborating with product managers to set KPIs for each project and ensuring we track the impact of every change to measure success.
Optimising the User Journey: Conducting deep-dive analyses in your product domain to understand user behaviour uncover trends and generate insights that help identify new opportunities.
Driving Scientific Improvement: Working with product managers to design implement and analyse A/B tests to guide product improvements.

Analytical Background: Experience working in a product-focused analytics function specifically in supporting baselining and targeting metrics.
Experimentation Skills: Hands-on experience designing running and analysing A/B testing.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work as part of a team with product managers engineers and designers.
Technical Toolkit: Proficient in database tools (SQL/PL-SQL/T-SQL) and programming languages like Python or R.
Product Analytics Tools: Experience with platforms such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
Storytelling & Visualisation: Experience in statistical analytics and the ability to present findings to cross-functional teams with clarity and influence.

What We Can Offer
40000 - 80000 salary share options up to 31500. (We have 2 levels in our salary band range. 40000 - 60000 at Product Analyst level and 60000 - 80000 at Senior Product Analyst level)
