What Youll Do
Operational Leadership
- Direct and manage day-to-day operations across specialty services behavioral health physical therapy and diagnostic departments.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency productivity and quality across all service areas.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and achieve operational goals ensuring alignment with EPICs mission and values.
Performance Optimization
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends address inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence encouraging team members to strive for operational and clinical success.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Maintain a safe effective and patient-centered environment for both staff and patients.
Financial Stewardship
- Oversee budgets resource allocation and forecasting to ensure financial sustainability.
- Monitor departmental performance to achieve key financial and operational benchmarks.
Team Development
- Partner with HR to recruit train and develop a motivated high-performing operations team.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to inspire collaboration accountability and professional growth.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with external partners vendors and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless patient-first operations.
What You Bring
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management or a related field; a Masters degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in operational management with significant experience in healthcare or diagnostic services.
- Skills:
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of building and inspiring teams.
- Advanced strategic planning organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of performance metrics to drive decisions.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations compliance and industry best practices.
