We are seeking an organized and efficient FM Helper to join our facilities management team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As an FM Helper you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants.
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs throughout the facility
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties in accordance with established procedures
- Support the facilities management team in responding to maintenance requests and issues
- Conduct regular inspections of building areas to identify and report potential problems
- Help maintain inventory of supplies and equipment used in facility operations
- Assist with setting up and breaking down for events or meetings as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and any issues encountered
- Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge related to facilities management
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic maintenance and repair skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Prior experience in facilities management or related field preferred
- Relevant vocational training in building maintenance or facilities management a plus
- Basic understanding of HVAC plumbing and electrical systems beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
