Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join Saudi Bridge. This role will be responsible for managing the companys financial operations overseeing project financials and laying the foundations of the finance department.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys building systems working closely with leadership and managing finance in a project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end financial operations (invoicing payments expenses collections)
Own project financial management including budgeting and cost tracking
Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow summaries
Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning
Coordinate with external accountants auditors banks and consultants
Ensure financial compliance and proper documentation
Support contract financial terms and milestone-based payments
Build and document internal finance processes and controls
Support the gradual build-out of the finance department
Qualifications :
4 years of experience in finance accounting or financial management
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
Experience with project-based financial management
Exposure to government or semi-government projects is a strong plus
Organized detail-oriented and reliable
Comfortable working in an early-stage fast-paced environment
Willing to grow into a broader finance leadership role as the company scales
