Job Summary
- 按照指导书装配要求和图纸完成样机装配和测试
- 协调原材料配给数量核对设备及工装准备按照生产计划完成样机生产
- 协助工程师调用MOE/ENG相关设备资源完成样件装配测试
- 解决样件装配过程中的问题点整理并反馈
- 调试和操作设备制作简易工装
- 生产订单信息维护跟踪物料库存情况并及时反馈
- SAP信息维护和报工
- 确保产品质量能识别问题点
- 根据自主维护计划进行正确的设备维护保养保持设备处于完好状态
- 根据公司5S标准和BPS精益生产系统保持工作场所的整洁和卫生并正确的执行
Qualifications :
- Education学历
Technical College or above in mechanical engineering major.
大专及以上学历机械相关专业
- Experience工作经验
Minimum 2 years of working knowledge in mechanical industry or automotive related workshops or test centres.
2年以上机械或者汽车行业生产车间装配工作经验
- Skills 技能
- Good knowledge in handling of tools and machinery maintenance experience;
具备装配工具和机器维护方面的知识
- Reading and understanding of technical drawings design of fixture is preferred;
能够看懂和理解技术图纸可进行简易工装设计者优先
- Good communicate skill.
