TTEC Digitalis seeking a Project Operations Analyst to join our Project Operations team within the Digital PMO. This is a telecommuting work from home opportunity.
The Project Operations Analyst is an integral member of the Project Management Office Project Operations team responsible for supporting our Digital project delivery teams and interacting with other departments and special projects on its behalf.
A successful Project Operations Analyst must be able to work on several concurrent tasks and initiatives at any given time must be proactive and successfully work with only moderate supervisory direction. The Project Operations Analyst must be able to work effectively with PMO Management Project Managers Accounting Staff Sales Operations and Project Systems Owners.
Travel is not expected for this position. After-hours work may be expected periodically for this position.
What youll bring to the role:
- 1 2 years of related experience
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products especially Excel.
- Quick to learn department process and procedures and the systems required to execute them including PSA System Client Collaboration Project Management Office Resource Center CRM System etc.
- Ability to exercise judgement within assigned procedures and practices to take and establish appropriate action.
- Ability to build strong internal / external working relationships
- Demonstrate understanding of assigned processes data and impact of those to the organization.
- Ability to identify information needed to drive decision-making
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology
- Self-directed consistent and reliable
- Team player strong collaborator
- Good time management skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
