Great Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant position offering autonomy flexibility and the backing of a trusted national organization. Typical schedule is one facility per day - no time clock no minimum hours. Once rounding is complete your day is yours
Position Highlights:
- Provide psychiatric evaluations medication management and behavioral health support for residents across eight skilled nursing facilities
- Collaborate with facility teams to create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver consistent follow-up care that improves emotional and psychological well-being
- W2 position with customizable schedule
- Base salary with uncapped compensation paid biweekly
