Overview
Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population If so our Rehab Team at Longwood at Oakmont Retirement Community in Verona PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member.
This role is PART TIME status - seeking therapist who is available to work 20-24 hours weekly (must be available a Monday and/or Friday as one of the days).
Responsibilities
As a PART TIME Physical Therapist (PT) you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work weekdays on a consisent 20-24 hour work week - one day must be Monday or Friday (or both). Flexibility in schedule - can accomodate 3 days per week or 5 shorter days per week.
- At least 1 year of acute care long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience required
- Nethealth Experience a plus
